Sometimes things don't quite happen as we would like, or expect them to and this can spoil your overall experience. At Stanmore we are always willing to listen and put things right and if this means changing how we do things, then we are only too happy to do so. The College has a Complaints Procedure, which enables us to respond quickly, monitor any actions required, and inform you of the end result. Very often just telling someone about a problem means that it can be rectified straight away. Please contact the appropriate person or e-mail your complaint to co-ordinator@stanmore.ac.uk
