Compliments, Comments and Complaints

Sometimes things don't quite happen as we would like, or expect them to and this can spoil your overall experience. At Stanmore we are always willing to listen and put things right and if this means changing how we do things, then we are only too happy to do so. The College has a Complaints Procedure, which enables us to respond quickly, monitor any actions required, and inform you of the end result.

Very often just telling someone about a problem means that it can be rectified straight away. Please contact the appropriate person or e-mail your complaint to co-ordinator@stanmore.ac.uk

How to make a compliment/comment



The College is always looking to improve on what it does and if we can do things better. Very often it is our students who would be the first to tell us. To enable this to happen we have put in place a suggestion system through which new ideas and improvements can be put forward by current and potential students.

Suggestion forms are available from the link below and these should be completed and posted in the box in the main foyer, or sent to the College. Anyone making a compliment receives a response and is kept informed of any actions. You can also e-mail us at compliments-and-comments@stanmore.ac.uk
